We all struggle.
There are none of us that are immune to struggle. As much as we would like to avoid them, difficulties are a part of life. The more that you want from life, the more success you want, and the more you step outside of your comfort zone the more challenges you will face. This quote really sums it up.
“The greatest battle is not physical but psychological. The demons telling us to give up when we push ourselves to the limit can never be silenced for good. They must always be answered by the quiet, the steady dignity that simply refuses to give in. Courage. We all suffer. Keep going”
The first time that I read that, it really struck a chord in me because the greatest battle that we face in life is not a physical battle. It’s the battle of our mind. It’s our psychology. The good side of this is that we can control our thoughts and our psychology. We can take steps to make sure that we’re thinking the right thoughts that are taking us in a positive direction.
This is why I do what I do. It is why I created the Life Triad System, and why I push so hard on the Success Formula. It is not only to help myself to keep following my Life Map and keep my thoughts focused on the Legacy that I want to create. I want to help other people do that as well.
Don’t Stand Alone
This is also why I am such a huge proponent of coaching, because having that accountability partner, having that person that’s on your side when you do have the difficulties and the challenges that come up is essential. You’ve got someone there that can help you get through the challenges and to help you see that they are just temporary, and not a permanent fixture of your life. That is the true gift that accountability and that a coach can give you. It’s having that person in your corner telling you to keep going, giving you courage, letting you know that we all face challenges but that we can all get through them together.
